The problem
Enjoy Dokha had outgrown their theme-based WooCommerce site. As Europe’s largest Dokha tobacco supplier, they needed a platform that could handle international expansion while cementing their position as market leaders. Their existing setup was fragmenting their brand across territories and limiting their growth potential.
The Solution
Our journey began with intensive UX workshops to understand their international customer base. This informed our creation of a bespoke multi-currency WooCommerce platform with automatic region detection, designed to deliver a seamless shopping experience across all territories.
The custom development included sophisticated features like wholesale account management, customer subscriptions, referral discounts, and reward points. We enhanced existing functionality including stock control and store locator features, while ensuring the platform could scale with their continued expansion.
