The problem
Williamson Tea, a fifth-generation family-run business cultivating high-quality teas since 1869, had developed a prestigious brand known for its iconic elephant caddies and commitment to sustainable farming in the Kenyan highlands. However, their digital presence wasn’t reflecting the beauty and heritage of their brand, nor was it effectively converting visitors into customers.
